29-04-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned AC to AAG-6.

The petitioners have prayed for quashing of Parcha, which has been issued in favour of private Respondents. It was accepted that Parcha has been issued in favour of private Respondents, who are landless persons.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners also landless persons and they are residing over the

Patna High Court CWJC No.1382 of 2009 (3) dt.29-04-2015 2/2 said land, which is Gair Mazarua Mallik since long. Be that as it may, since land has been settled in favour of landless persons, there is no ground to interfere with the matter. The writ petition stands dismissed.
