JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 07-09-2017 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Baheri P.S. Case No. 45 of 2016 registered for the offence punishable under section 307 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsels appearing for the petitioner submits that there is case and counter case between the parties. Both sides have sustained injuries. Allegations levelled are general and omnibus. During investigation nothing has come to suggest complicity of this petitioner in the alleged crime. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions of advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34760 of 2017(3) dt.07-09-2017 2/2 furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate V, Darbhanga in connection with Baheri P.S. Case No. 45 of 2016 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
