2. The present application has been filed for modification in order dated 08.05.2024 in Cr. Misc. No.25316 of 2024.

3. Counsel submits that the petitioner has been granted bail on 08.05.2024 with condition mentioned in paragraph 6(i) of the order sheet which states as follows:- "one of the bailor should be the family member of the petitioner who shall provide official document to show his bona fide"

4. Counsel further submits that there is difficulty to the petitioner in producing the official documents relating to

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.54066 of 2024(3) dt.31-08-2024 2/2 land. He further submits that the petitioner may be permitted to produce the documents relating to vehicle.

5. In the light of the submissions made, it is directed to the court that instead of official documents, let the petitioner be released on bail on production of the documents relating to vehicle.

6. Accordingly, the modification application is hereby allowed upto the extent.
