2. The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 107/3 (5) of the BNS.

3. The case of the prosecution is that one Nilam Kumari was found hanging with the lan. She has left her suicide notes in notes in her suicide notes, she has stated that she was not very happy with the behavior of this petitioner and her grandmother. She has also stated that as she could not search the pass bonk and ATM Card of her father, she was not happey

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in connection with the present case. It is further submitted that the only allegation against this petitioner, who is uncle of the

It is also submitted that in the suicidal notes, it is stated that the deceased was not happy with the behavior of her grandmother as well, it is further submitted that the said grandmother has been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 15.02.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 5317 of 2025. The case of the petitioner stands on similar footing. Moreover, the petitioner is languishing in judicial custody since 20.04.2025 having no criminal antecedent.

Learned APP appearing for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer of regular bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Deo P.S. Case No. 151 of 2024 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad.
