The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 308, 379, 354, 427, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegedly, it is a case of assault upon the informant, namely, Pappu Chauhan due to which, he sustained injury. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that the injuries upon the informant is found to be simple in nature as opined by the doctor. Petitioner has clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.47632 of 2022(2) dt.15-12-2022 2/2 before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Nawada/concerned Court in connection with Narhat Police Station Case No.284 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
