This application is for grant of regular bail in connection with Complaint Case No.2365 of 2017 for the offences under Sections 498A of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is of demand of Rs.01 lac and for that assaulting the complainant and ousting her from the house.
Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he is still ready to keep her and he also appeared before the Mediation Centre but the O.P.no.2 did not appeared. In this case, it appears that on appearance of the O.P.no.2, the matter was referred to the Patna High Court Mediation and Re-conciliation Centre, vide order dated 21.12.2018, however, the meditation report discloses that in spite of their best efforts, the mediation could not succeed. .

No.74718 of 2018(5) dt.20-06-2019 2/2 Heard learned A.P.P. and the learned counsel for the O.P.No.2, who has submitted that she is also ready to reside unless she is allowed to live with dignity and care.. Considering the above stands of the parties, let the petitioner appear before the learned court below on 2.7.2019 and on that day O.P.no.
2 shall also remain present and further on filing of the affidavit by the petitioner that he is ready to keep her with dignity and care and ready to take her from the court itself, the provisional bail granted to the petitioner shall be extended for six months and during that period, the learned court below shall watch the conduct of both the parties by calling them in the first week of each month and once being satisfied with the conduct of both the parites, especially the conduct of the petitioner, the learned court below will consider the confirmation of the bail bond of the petitioner, otherwise he will pass any other order or orders, as he deems fit and proper. With the above direction, this application is disposed of.
