The petitioner seeks bail in Son Nagar Railway P.S. case no. 52 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Sections 306/34 of the IPC.

The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court by reasoned order vide order dated 8.10.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 49064 of 2018 with liberty to petitioner to renew prayer for bail after nine months if no substantial progress is made in the trial.

There is serious allegation as discussed in detail in order dated 8.10.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 49064 of 2018. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. The prayer for bail of the petitioner is again
