2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Biraul P.S. Case No. 583 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 392/397 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Unknown criminals looted one mobile and Rupees Four Thousand Five Hundred from the petitioner after firing. The petitioner is in jail since 09.02.2024.

4. The petitioner has sold the looted mobile. The petitioner is tampering with the evidence. The petitioner has criminal antecedent.
