The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Bettiah Muffasil P.S. Case No. 276 of 2017 registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 354, 308, 379, 504 and 506/34. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are falsely implicated in this case. General and omnibus allegations have been levelled against the petitioners. Both parties have received injuries and there is case and counter case.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50169 of 2017 (3) dt.01-12-2017 2/2 Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., West Champaran at Bettiah in connection with Bettiah Muffasil P.S. Case No. 276 of 2017 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
