Petitioners are an accused in connection with Special Case No. 143C2/2020 arising out of Lakhisarai PR No. 10 of 2020 for the offence registered under Sections 30(a), 32, 41, 56 and 56(b) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in the instant case. It is further submitted that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioners. Petitioners are in custody since 15.10.2020.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3092 of 2021(2) dt.15-03-2021 2/2 of the case, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousands) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge II -cum-Special Judge Excise, Lakhisarai in connection with Special Case No. 143C2/2020 arising out of Lakhisarai PR No. 10/2020.
