2. The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Jurawanpur P.S. Case No. 151 of 2023, registered under Sections 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The prosecution case, in short, is that, the accused persons including these petitioners assaulted the informant, her son, her husband and her mother-in-law. It is further alleged that co-accused Vishwanath Ram assaulted on the head of the informant by means of iron rod and he fell on the ground,

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. Learned counsel for the petitioners also submits that no specific allegation has been attributed against the petitioners. The allegations levelled against the petitioners are general and omnibus in nature. Specific allegation of assault by means of iron rod on the head of the informant is against coaccused Vishwanath Ram. The petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. Learned counsel for the petitioners further submits that similarly situated co-accused have been granted regular bail by this Court vide order dated 12.03.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 15536 of 2024 and order dated 13.03.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 16288 of 2024.
5. Learned APP for the State and learned counsel for the informant have vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioners. Learned APP further submits that all the accused persons including these petitioners named in the FIR. Paragraph Nos. 5, 6, 76 and 77 of the case diary reveals the statement of the prosecution witnesses and all of them have fully supported the prosecution case. Hence, the petitioners does not deserve the privilege of anticipatory bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, nature and gravity of the offence, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.
7. The prayer is rejected.
