2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief/s:

(i) to issue writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions including a writ in the nature of Mandamus direction the Respondents authorities for measurement the Raiyati land of the petitioner having thana no.161, Khata no.8, Khesra no.325 and 326

Patna High Court CWJC No.10179 of 2026(2) dt.20-07-2026 2/3 and Rakba 8 decimals under Anchal Kargahar, District-Rohtas, upon which the private respondent no.7 has illegally claimed upon the said land without any locus because the said land is raiyati land of the petitioner and the said land has mutated already, muted in the name of father of the petitioner and the rent receipt has been issued by the State Government of Bihar in the name of the father of the petitioner also; (ii) for any other relief/reliefs to which the petitioner is found entitled in the facts and circumstances of the case.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it will suffice if the Circle Officer, Kargahar, Rohtas (respondent no.06) takes cognizance of the matter and pass necessary order as already an application to this effect has been given.

4. Learned State counsel submits that if a fresh petition alongwith the requisite fee is submitted, appropriate steps shall be taken.

5. In that background, the writ petition is disposed of

Patna High Court CWJC No.10179 of 2026(2) dt.20-07-2026 3/3 allowing the petitioner to approach he Circle Officer, Kargahar, Rohtas (respondent no.06) with fresh petition in next four weeks who shall be taking the matter to its logical conclusion after hearing all the parties within a period of three months.
