1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

2. In view of the passage of time of the writ application having remained pending, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this application seeking liberty to file appropriate representation(s) before the Registrar, J.P, University, Chapra (respondent no.5) for the

Patna High Court CWJC No.12004 of 2014(5) dt.02-11-2023 2/2 grievances raised in the writ application as also for the subsequent grievances.

3. In case such representation is filed within a period of six weeks from today, the Registrar, J.P University, Chapra shall consider and decide the same by a reasoned order within a period of three months from the date of receipt of the said representation and shall communicate the order to the petitioner(s) within the aforesaid period.

4. It further transpires from the record of the writ application that the petitioner no.4 passed away during pendency of the case. In such case, the legal heir of the petitioner concerned shall be entitled to file an appropriate application/representation which shall be decided in the above terms.

5. It is further directed that in case any amount is found payable to the petitioner(s), the same shall be paid within a period of three months from the date of the order disposing of the representation.

6. This application stands disposed of.
