JUSTICE AHSANUDDIN AMANULLAH ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 03-09-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner; learned AC to AAG 12 for the State and learned counsel for the Jai Prakash University (hereinafter referred to as the 'University').

2. Supplementary show cause has been filed today on behalf of the University.

3. From the pleadings and materials on record, the Court finds that the order dated 02.05.2014 passed in CWJC No. 3672 of 2013 has been complied with.

4. Accordingly, the application stands disposed off.

5. However, it shall be open to the petitioner to file representation before the Registrar of the University if he finds any discrepancy with regard to calculation made of payments to him under various heads. If the same is filed within four weeks from today, the Registrar shall get the same verified from the records of the University and pass a speaking order within four weeks from the date of filing of such representation. If anything further is found due and payable, the same shall also be paid to the petitioner within the next three weeks.

6. It is clarified that the petitioner shall be at liberty to file representation for any remaining grievance he may have, however, subject to the concession given in CWJC No. 3672 of 2013.
