The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Itarhi P.S. Case No. 196 of 2015 for allegedly having committed the offence under Sections 363, 366(A) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since on recovery, the victim girl has admitted that she had left her home on his own sweet will and has not named the present petitioner and also because the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, let, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on
