2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Supaul P.S. Case No. 880 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 328 and 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The deceased was taken to the hospital by the petitioners after she was administered poison. In the hospital, she was recovering and she has not made any statement against these two petitioners. Subsequently, she died in the hospital and her dead body was taken to the house by one of the petitioners and thereafter, they have cremated the deceased. The viscera of

4. The petitioners are not the direct relatives of the victim. The petitioner no. 1 is in jail since 26.11.2023 and petitioner no. 2 is in jail since 20.04.2024 respectively.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Supaul in connection with Supaul P.S. Case No. 880 of 2023.
