The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Muzaffarpur Sadar P.S. Case No. 503/16 registered under Sections 406, 405, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that similarly situated co-accused persons have already been allowed bail by different Benches of this Court vide Cr. Misc. Nos. 8044 of 2017, 14887 of 2017 and 14131 of 2017. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within
