1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The present Cr. Misc. Application has been filed for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to the opposite party nos.2 to 5 by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-XII, Nawada vide order dated 28.04.2023 passed in A.B.P. No.978 of 2023 in connection with Warisaliganj P.S. Case No.121 of 2018.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.53079 of 2023(4) dt.11-12-2025 2/2 direction to the learned Trial Court to expedite the disposal of the trial and the petitioner shall also co-operate before the learned Trial Court for early disposal of the trial in connection with Warisaliganj P.S. Case No.121 of 2018.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioner.

5. In view of the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, the present Cr. Misc. Application stands disposed of with direction to the learned Trial Court to take steps for early disposal of the trial in connection with Warisaliganj P.S. Case No.121 of 2018.
