The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Sabour P.S. Case No. 96 of 2017 registered under Sections 341, 323, 354(B), 504, 506, 379 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the D.P. Act.
The informant alleged that her husband is running a business in Delhi and she is residing in her in-laws house. The informant further alleged that her father-in-law, brother-in-law mother-in-law, maternal mother-in-law assaulted her due to nonfulfillment of demand of dowry. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that all
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34628 of 2017 (2) dt.10-08-2017 2/2 allegations are false and concocted. The petitioners, happen to be maternal mother-in-law, brother-in-law, are living separately and they have no concern with the affairs of informant and her husband. The informant made allegation against the petitioners only to grab their properties as she did not made her husband accused in this case.
Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation, the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within four weeks, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-X, Bhagalpur, in connection with Sabour Police Station Case No. 96 of 2017 subject to the condition laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
