2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

3. Total 186.600 litres of illicit liquor have been recovered from the spot.

4. It is submitted that nothing has been recovered from conscious possession of these petitioners. Recovery has been made from open place which is accessible to general public. Petitioners have been made accused in this case only on suspicion and they claim clean antecedents.

5. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge Excise, Patna City, Patna in connection with Didarganj P.S. Case No. 102 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
