The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Nasriganj (Rajpur) P.S. case No. 153 of 2016 for the offences punishable under Section 395, 412 of the Indian Penal Code. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the FIR. The name of petitioner figured in the case in the confessional statement of co-accused. Save and except confessional statement of the co-accused, there is no material against the petitioner but it appears that the case relates to highway robbery and name of petitioner figured in the case in the confessional statement of co-accused. The petitioner requires to be put on T.I. parade.

Considering the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J) BKS/- U T
