The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 272, 273/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Total 141.5 liters of illicit foreign liquor has been recovered from the house of co-accused Rajeshwar Ram. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that nothing has been recovered from the possession of this petitioner. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

Considering the nature of allegation and clean antecedent of petitioner, let the above named petitioner, in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.46777 of 2022(2) dt.21-10-2022 2/2 event of his arrest or surrender within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt / production of copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge Excise Court No. II, Muzaffarpur in connection with Karja P.S. Case No. 134 of 2021, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
