S. Case No. 175 of 2017 registered inter alia under Section 408 of the Indian Penal Code.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the record.

From perusal of the FIR of Adarsh Jamui P. S. Case No. 175 of 2017, as contained in Annexure 1 to the present application, it
