2. The present Criminal Miscellaneous petition has been filed for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to O.P. No. 2, vide order dated 17.12.2019, passed in A.B.P. No. 1340 of 2019, arising out of Amour P.S. Case No. 158 of 2019 by the learned Sessions Judge, Purnia.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with a direction to the learned Trial Court to expedite the trial and conclude the same at the earliest.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has no objection to this
