JUSTICE SATYAVRAT VERMA ORAL ORDER 02-03-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned senior panel counsel for the N.C.B. and learned A.P.P. for the State. This is the second attempt of the petitioner for seeking bail as earlier the bail application of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 10.07.2020 in Cr. Misc. No. 78992 of 2019. Learned counsel for the petitioner, after some arguments seeks permission to withdraw the present bail application. Permission is accorded with liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after moving the learned court below. Accordingly, the present bail application is dismissed as withdrawn.
