Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Bela P.S. Case No. 17 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under sections 354, 354(b), 354(c) of the Indian Penal Code and section 8/12 of the POCSO Act. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged in the first information report. The present first information report has been lodged after one week of the alleged occurrence without there being any plausible explanation for the delay. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
