JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 25-04-2023 The present petition has been filed seeking the following relief :- "(i) For issuance of an appropriate writ, direction, order, commanding the respondents to regularise the Bahadurpur, Patna High Income Group Plot No. 4H/83, which has been allotted by the Bihar State Housing Board, Patna vide allotment order No. 1789/AA1 dated 03.08.1991 to the petitioner's mother Late Chandra Kala Devi
Patna High Court CWJC No.4856 of 2015(3) dt.25-04-2023 2/2 w/o Late Kusai Lal Chaudhary and also to execute agreement, deliver physical possession, mutate in the name of petitioner and Execute and register the final deed of plot after accepting dues/ balance amount, but the Respondents have still not completed the above process after repeated request by the petitioner."
At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Managing Director, Bihar State Housing Board, Patna for redressal of his aforesaid grievance. Liberty so sought, is granted.
It is needless to state that in case, appropriate representation is filed before the Managing Director, Bihar State Housing Board, Patna, within a period of four weeks from today, he shall pass a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks, thereafter. The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
