The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Bihra P. S. Case No. 143 of 2016 instituted under Sections 147, 149, 341, 324, 308, 379, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation, in brief, is that all accused persons assaulted the informant and his wife.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37780 of 2017 (2) dt.11-08-2017 2/2 Submission is that petitioner nos. 1 to 6 are fullbrothers of the informant and rest are the ladies and due to family disputes, both sides quarreled and there is case and counter case in between both sides and the injury on the person of the informant and his wife is simple in nature and the petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, namely, (1) Ramchandra Yadav,

(2) Umesh Yadav, (3) Bhushan Yadav (4) Shankar Yadav, (5) Mithilesh Yadav @ Bitho Yadav, (6) Chhotelal Yadav, (7) Ram Prasad Yadav,(8) Dhoni Devi, (9) Bibha Devi (10) Bechni Devi,

(11) Rani Devi and (12) Pavo Devi, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in connection with Bihra P.S.Case No. 143 of 2016; subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
