ANSHUMAN ORAL ORDER 23-07-2024 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board and learned counsel for the State.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed the present writ petition for following reliefs:- "I. Certiorari for quashing of amended result to the extent of petitioner issued vide Advertisement

Patna High Court CWJC No.10937 of 2024(2) dt.23-07-2024 2/3 No.BCECE/Rev/DLRS-2023/17 dated 24.05.2024 by the Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board whereby and whereunder in most arbitrary manner the final result of the petitioner bearing roll No. 2230018469 for the post of Special Survey and Settlement Officer has been revised by rejecting the candidature of the petitioner.

II. For issuance of writ of mandamus directing the Respondents authorities to revise the selection list after taking corrective measures and again publish the result of petitioner on restoring the result of petitioner as in original form published on 13.03.2024 vide Advertisement No. BCECEB/Rev/DLRS-2023/15 issued by the Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board after rejecting the selection of Deepak Kumar bearing Roll No.

22300071698 on the post of Special Assistant Survey and Settlement Officer.

III. For issuance of writ of mandamus commanding and directing the Respondents to appoint the petitioner on the post of Special Assistant Survey and Settlement Officer under the department of Revenue and Land Reform, Government of Bihar.

IV. For grant of any other

3. Learned counsel for the Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board, Patna, submits that the representation, which is Annexure-9 of the petition, is still pending.

4. In the light of the submissions made, respondent No.6 is directed to pass order on the representation filed by the petitioner on 29.05.2024 (Annexure-9) within 90 days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order along with representation.

5. With this direction, this writ petition is disposed off.
