On consideration of the fact that after the order of the writ court, the opposite parties have issued Annexure-2 where they have indicated that in the matter of appointment seasonal workers shall be given weightage and age relaxation. Considering the aforesaid, the court is not inclined to proceed any further in the present proceeding. However, liberty shall be available to the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum in the event they are aggrieved by any action of the opposite parties in breach of Annexure-2.
The petition stands disposed of.
