The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 661 of 2014 instituted under Sections 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation, in brief, is that complainant gave Rs. 30,000/- to the petitioner as a loan for which she issued a cheque but it got bounced.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that she has not taken any loan from the complainant rather her cheque was lost and she informed the police about it on 26.12.2013 and dishonoured cheque was not filed by the complainant before the

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, namely, Punam Kumari, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Sikrahana at Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Complaint Case No. 661 of 2014; subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
