It appears that this writ application has been filed against the order whereunder some of the interveners were impleaded as party to the suit.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that these petitioners, who are plaintiffs before this court, filed petition on 24.04.2018 praying therein to withdraw the suit. The learned court below as per order dated 26.04.2018 allowed the petition and the suit of the plaintiffs has been dismissed as withdrawn.

In view of above fact, this writ application has become infructuous and is accordingly dismissed. (Sanjay Kumar, J) Harish/- U
