This application, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, is directed against the order dated 18.12.2013 passed in Criminal Revision No. 60 of 2013 whereunder the learned the Additional Session Judge-V, Begusarai, allowed the aforesaid criminal revision of second party/Opposite Party Nos. 2 to 4 by setting aside the order dated 17.01.2013 passed in Case No. 117M of 2012 by the S.D.M., Manjhaul, rejecting the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29848 of 2014 (2) dt.21-06-2016 application of the second party/opposite party nos.2 to 4 to drop the proceeding, under Section 145 of the Cr.P.C., with direction to the parties to file their written statement.

On going through the impugned order, I find no illegality amounting to abuse of the process of court for interference with the same. Accordingly, this application stands dismissed.
