JUSTICE KHATIM REZA ORAL ORDER 13-02-2026 The present Miscellaneous application has been filed for initiation of contempt proceedings against opposite party no. 4 for willfully and deliberately disobeying the judgment dated 09.01.2015 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 7439 of 2013 by the Bench of this Court.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the amount of compensation has already been paid. However, the interest component has not been paid. It is further submitted that the petitioner seeks to agitate his grievance in this regard before

3. In the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the present application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file a proper representation before the District Land Acquisition Officer, Khagaria (opposite party no. 6), within a period of four weeks from today. If such representation is filed within the aforesaid period, the concerned authority shall consider and dispose of the same by a reasoned and speaking order within a period of four weeks from the date of its filing.

4. It is made clear that in the event a proper representation is filed before opposite party no. 6, the period during which the matter remained pending before this Court shall be taken into consideration while condoning the delay, if so required.

5.With the aforesaid observations and directions, the application stands disposed of.
