The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kiul P.S. Case No. 92 of 2019 registered for the offences under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. The petitioner has been named by the arrested accused that a person, who had fled away while the police intercepted the motor-cycle was the petitioner .

Considering the aforesaid facts, I am not inclined to grant the anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Prayer for anticipatory bail is hereby rejected.
