2. The instant application for anticipatory bail has been filed by the petitioner apprehending his arrest in connection with Maharajganj P.S. Case no. 207 of 2023 instituted for the offence under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The case of the prosecution based on complaint petition is that the complainant has purchased a land from the petitioner and co-accused. It is further alleged that total area of the said land is 1 Katha which is in the name of two persons and the share of this petitioner is 10 dhur. The land is in the possession of the complainant and he has also made mutation in

Further allegation is that the petitioner with the help other four brothers have been disturbing the construction work of the complainant. It is also alleged that certain persons were intervened when the land was being measured but no one is named.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in connection with the present case. It is further submitted that he is the only the seller of the land and from perusal of the complaint, it is also clear that the whole land has been mutated in the name of the complainant. Even the complainant has not named person who has objected the measurement.
5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposed the prayer of bail of the petitioner.
6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and in the facts and circumstances of the case as stated above, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The petitioner is directed to surrender in the Court below within a period of four weeks from today and in the event of his arrest or surrender in connection with Maharajganj P.S. Case no. 207 of 2023, he will be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
