JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 02-01-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the counsel appearing on behalf of the State as well as learned counsel appearing on behalf of the University. Learned counsel for the University with reference to Annexure-B series submits that arrears have already been paid
Patna High Court MJC No.529 of 2015(5) dt.02-01-2019 2/2 to the petitioners. This fact has been admitted by the counsel for the petitioners. Although, he submits that payments have been made but there are certain error in calculation for which he submits that liberty may be granted to the petitioners to approach the authority concerned for correction of the error and for payment of the arrears on the basis of correction in the calculation.
Considering the totality of the fact situation, the Court is inclined to dispose of the present application with liberty to the petitioners, if they are aggrieved by the calculation of the arrears payable to the petitioners they may approach the University for correction, if any error is found in the calculation. Necessary decision on the application of the petitioners for correction in the calculation may be taken by the University within a period of sixty days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
With the aforesaid, the present application stands disposed of.
