The petitioners seek bail in Beldaur P.S. Case No. 64 of 2019, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 414/34 of Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged in the written report that informant got information that some persons are cutting electric pole at Pansalwa Road. The informant along with other Police personnel reached the place of occurrence. The accused persons started running away on seeing the police party. Two persons were apprehended by the Police. They disclosed their names as Raju Kumar and Sandeep Nayan (petitioners). On their

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.45245 of 2019(2) dt.25-07-2019 2/2 confession the electric angle as mentioned in the written report has been recovered and seizure list was prepared. Counsel for the petitioners submits that there is no signature of the petitioners on the seizure list. Petitioners are in custody since 3.5.2019 having clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioners for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioners above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) eacg with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Miss Simmi Kujur, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Khagaria, in connection with Beldaur P.S. Case No. 64 of 2019, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be close relatives of the petitioners.
