The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 447, 341, 323, 379, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Allegation has been made by the lady (informant) that petitioner and other accused persons had up-rooted and looted away the standing crops, also opened firing upon the informant and mercilessly assaulted her. There is no specific allegation against the petitioner and it is completely an absurd story. Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, let petitioners, namely, Jitendra Nath Mishra, be released on
