Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Kanti P.S. Case No. 359 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under sections 363, 366/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case on mere suspicion and on general and omnibus allegations due to previous enmity and local politics. It is further submitted that from the allegations levelled, no case under sections 363 and 366A of the Indian Penal Code is made out against this petitioner. Moreover, similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by this Hon'ble Court vide order dated

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.75208 of 2018(3) dt.20-02-2019 2/2 03.07.2018 & 02.08.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. Nos. 37813 of 2018 and 45313 of 2018, as is evident from Annexure- 4 & 5 respectively. Petitioner is a man of clean antecedent. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, West, Muzaffarpur in connection with Kanti P.S. Case No. 359 of 2017 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
