JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 27-08-2018 C.W.J.C.No. 6689 of 2015 has been filed challenging final award of punishment under charge memo dated 17.3.2009 which is impugned in the instant writ petition. Since all the issues can finally be adjudicated in the subsequent writ petition initiated by the petitioner, the instant writ petition need not be kept pending. It is therefore dismissed with observations herein above.
