In this case the petitioner apprehends his arrest in Kishanganj P.S. Case No. 39/2012 for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 467 and 468 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation against the petitioner is that he took money from the informant for providing him job, but neither the job is provided to him nor money is returned. Considering the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above named on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
