2. The present application has been filed for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to the opposite party nos. 2, 3 and 4 vide order dated 21.07.2022 passed by the learned Incharge Session Judge, Vaishali at Hajipur in A.B.P. No. 1618 of 2022 arising out of Jandaha P.S. Case No. 109 of 2022 under Sections 323, 341, 504, 506, 354(B) and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. In the opinion of this Court, the petitioner should
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.47113 of 2022(4) dt.20-07-2026 2/2 have filed the cancellation application in the Court below itself.
4. In these circumstances, the application is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Vaishali for cancellation of bail granted to the opposite party nos. 2, 3 and 4 by filing an appropriate application.
5. If such an application is filed, the same shall be considered and decided in accordance with law within one month of its filing.
