Challenge in this writ application is to the order dated 31.12.2013 passed by the Executive Engineer, Bagmati Division, Sheohar (Annexure-6) directing recovery of a sum of Rs. 8,39,551/- from the petitioner. From perusal of the order, it appears the same had been passed in the light of an order passed by a Division Bench of this Court in L.P.A. No. 791 of 2006. I find no reason to interfere with the said order.
