Contrary to the case presented by the petitioners that their land have acquired but no compensation paid, the counter affidavit of the respondent no. 1 to 4 at paragraph no. 16 records that land in question has not been acquired and/or taken by the respondents. The said paragraph further records that a fresh process was initiated later.
