Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Khagaria (Mufassil) P.S. Case No.1038 of 2023, registered for the offences u/s 406, 420, 467, 468, 471, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application. 4.

Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the instant application is dismissed as withdrawn.

However, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today and seek for regular bail, the learned Court below shall pass the order on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.53080 of 2024(3) dt.21-09-2024 2/2 the same day in accordance with law, considering that there is a civil dispute between the parties.
