2. This application has been filed for modification of order dated 13.05.2019 in Cr. Misc. No. 30048 of 2019 by correcting the name of the Police Station as "Lakhisarai (Katahiya)" in place of " Lakhisarai (Kathaiya)" and the satisfaction as "learned C.J.M. Lakhisarai" in place of "learned Sessions Judge, Lakhisarai"

3. It is stated due to typographical error in para 1 and in the prayer portion of the anticipatory bail petition (Cr. Misc. No. 30048 of 2019) the aforesaid mistakes have occurred which, accordingly carried in the order dated 13.05.2019 while granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner therein. A prayer has been made for grant of further time to the petitioner herein to surrender before the learned trial Court in connection with Lakhisarai (Katahiya) P.S. Case No. 469 of 2017.

4. Owing to the extenuating circumstances as described in the modification petition, the order dated

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.43832 of 2019(2) dt.17-07-2019 2/2 13.05.2019 in Cr. Misc. No. 30048 of 2019 is modified and corrected to read as "Lakhisarai (Katahiya)" in place of " Lakhisarai (Kathaiya)" and the satisfaction as "learned C.J.M. Lakhisarai" in place of "learned Sessions Judge, Lakhisarai".

5. The time granted for surrender and furnishing bail bond before the learned Court below in terms of order dated dated 13.05.2019 in Cr. Misc. No. 30048 of 2019 is hereby extended by four weeks from today.

6. The modification petition stands allowed.
