2. The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in connection with Jamalpur P.S. Case No. 91 of 2022 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420,, 467, 468, 471, 120B of IPC.
3. The allegation in the present F.I.R., in brief, is that the petitioner obtained employment on the basis of a forged/fake certificate.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that the allegation of obtaining employment

Learned counsel further submits that the petitioner entered into service in the year 2006 on her own credentials and has thereafter been discharging her duties to the satisfaction of the authorities concerned. It is further submitted that the petitioner has been placed under suspension, for which she has filed a supplementary affidavit before this Court.
5. Learned APP appearing for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.
6. Having considered the rival submission and keeping in view that the petitioner is under suspension, let the petitioner named above be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each of the satisfaction of learned JMFC, Biraul, Darbhanga/concerned court, in connection with Jamalpur P.S. Case No. 91 of 2022 , subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the BNSS with further conditions:
(i) In the event of any non-cooperation by the petitioner in the investigation, the State shall be at liberty to file
