JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 08-08-2023 Mr. Gyan Shankar, learned counsel for the Bihar School Examination Board (hereinafter referred to as the 'Board') has informed that the necessary corrections have already been carried out with regard to the name of the petitioner in the matriculation certificate. It is submitted that if the petitioner applies for a fresh certificate, the same will be made available to him within two weeks.
In the aforesaid view of the matter, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application with liberty to apply for the certificate afresh with requisite fee. This Court permits the same.
This application is disposed of accordingly.
