The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Jamalpur P.S. Case No.46 of 2020 registered for offences under Sections 304(B) and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the age of the petitioner and in view of the fact that she is the mother-in-law of the deceased, the application for anticipatory bail is allowed. Accordingly, let petitioner, above-named, in the event of her arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Biraul, Darbhanga in connection with Jamalpur P.S. Case No.46
